Safety
WHAT DEFINES

The safety, health and wellbeing of our guests and our employees remains our highest priority. We are committed to providing an exceptional and unparalleled transportation experience, including increased health and hygiene measures that go beyond the necessary protocols required by local government authorities. It is our long history of exceptional service that defines Crestwood, and to us safety is the most essential service.

As a worldwide ground transportation provider, we believe in the interest of our clients, it is essential to place ourselves at the forefront of setting the standards for hygiene and safety measure standards within the luxury transportation sector.

Many of these efforts will be noticeable, such as the in-vehicle plexiglass partitions, face masks worn by chauffeurs and protective gloves. We are also making an enormous effort behind the scenes with several initiatives that will not be noticeable to riders.

Crestwood Worldwide is committed to continue to review and refine our protocols to ensure our guests continue to experience enjoyable, relaxing, and productive Crestwood trips.

Crestwood’s enhanced protocols have been developed in accordance with CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations, as well as in cooperation with state and local government requirements.

Crestwood’s spacious vehicles are thoroughly cleansed and sterilized multiple times each day using non-toxic disinfectants that are EPA-approved for use against the virus that causes COVID-19 and that are suitable for porous surfaces.

Once a trip is completed, each vehicle is sanitized using safe and effective disinfecting products which are CDC registered antimicrobial solutions for use against novel coronavirus SARS-Cov-2.

This cleaning process ensures thorough purification of all handles, power switches, door storage areas, windowsills, cup holders, leather seating, cargo trunk, seatbelts, and phone charging terminals.

Chauffeurs have been thoroughly trained on the upgraded service standards as well as how to safely maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and overall working environment. Refresher training is continued on an ongoing basis. Crestwood conducts health process training, developed for employees to ensure they are well-prepared to provide a safe, clean and secure environment. Both the Leadership Team and all associates receive thorough health and safety training.

Plexiglass Partitions

Crestwood’s vehicles are fitted with a custom clear plexiglass partition that limits airflow between the chauffeur area and passenger cabin, while maintaining an unobstructed view of the road. Within this new environment, our singular goal is to provide our riders with the confidence and assurance that their health and safety is our first priority. The partition is sanitized after every trip using EPA approved disinfection products such as Clorox or Lysol Disinfecting Wipes.

Gloves

Grounded in the principles of trust, care, and service, Crestwood’s chauffeurs wear precautionary disposable gloves to open doors and handle passenger luggage. Gloves are disposed of and changed after every trip. Building upon the strong foundation of trust and confidence that we have established through decades of experience, Crestwood is offering genuine care and the highest levels of service, enhanced procedures to protect our clients, while also ensuring that they feel safe and reassured.

Masks

Crestwood’s chauffeurs and passengers wear masks throughout the duration of their trip. Travel with confidence as we closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus cases. Based on the advice of top health experts and the latest scientific knowledge, our chauffeurs wear appropriate CDC recommended face masks.
